At Odet Travels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment (Cash on Delivery refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed method, such as bank transfer).

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
